90 Days to Easter
In this kickoff episode, Dan and Zac introduce the 90 Days to Easter: Strategic Church Communication Plan, designed to help church communication leaders create a powerful Easter campaign without experiencing burnout. They emphasize the importance of starting with a solid strategy, aligning with leadership goals, and creating meaningful, high-quality content that engages the community and advances the mission of the church.
The three-phase structure of the 90-day plan:
Days 1–30: Focus on high-level strategy and theme development.
Days 31–60: Develop communication assets like graphics, videos, and website updates.
Days 61–90: Implement the strategy, monitor engagement, and refine execution.
